Well Ben, some probably think I post on here too much! hehehe Theres a decent core group that seems to check the boards regularly. May not be posting everyday but its at a decent level. And as more people join the group, posting should increase some.

Welcome to the board, Ben. As Hoosiercop says, the more members we have, the more postings we have. Nice to see that we've finally broken through to more than 100 members! We have a nice cross section of law enforcement personnel from many parts of the country. Some don't post as much as we'd like but they're always welcome to. Everyone has a voice here!

I'll add my welcome, Ben. I don't do a lot of original posting tothis site, but I'm usually good for a response or two. Aside from my personal mailbox, and work related stuff, I only noodle around on one other board mainly becausen there's a good number of local guys with similar (non public safety) interests on it. Anyway the more of us who do posy here, the more interesting it'll get.

Hi, I'm a new member from Washington DC. I've been a reserve officer on the MPD for a little more than 4 years. I'm also on the board of GOAL Mid Atlantic Region. Sound crazy? Well, where is it written that old cops are totally sane ?!

Well, if it's true that cops aren't totally sane, then I know enough to fill an asylum! And I know a whole lot of cops who've retired and then returned to the job in other states. Especially in Florida.
There are worse places to work!
