For some who I'm friends with on Facebook, this is old news by now. But I'm currently 71 days into P90X. Later this morning I'll do my day 72 routine (Plyometrics). There have been a few days that I've had to postpone due to injuries cropping up (I still have back issues that come and go). But I have stuck with it and refused to give up. Also I have been making changes to my diet/eating habits. The combo of the exercise and diet have been amazing for me. I started at 204 lbs. and now am down to 180 lbs. Now that I'm really keeping track of everything I'm eating, I'm amazed at how badly I was eating before, and the levels of fats, sodium, sugars, etc. that I was eating. I know that Thom said he had tried Insanity, but are there any others in here that have tried any of the major exercise programs? I think once I finish P90X, I'm going to try Body Beast, so that I can add some muscle size now that I'm more toned. I do miss some of the foods I used to eat though. The cravings can be rough at times. I did manage to come up with a decent "healthy" cheesecake recipe.
