Joined Blue Pride this week. I live on St. Simons Island, Georgia and completed 27-years in federal law enforcement this March. Prior to my career at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, I served as a Special Agent with Diplomatic Security for 19 years. It is so encouraging to find an organization that links both such important communities for me.

Hey Lloyd! Welcome to the forum! If you have scanned some of the threads, you have discovered we are a special group indeed. While we have FUN (with joking around and general merriment,) we also cover significantly important issues to LEO and CJ professionals. It's great to have you aboard. I'm thinking you will be a valuable contributor, given your exceptional background. Three Cheers! OH... and, one of the "running themes" of the site is the " BluePride break room" (grin, wink wink.) We serve milk n fresh-baked cookies every day. Pull up a chair and relax with us! Master Baker Bear _______________________.

Bear, maybe you can make some Peach Gobblers and put them aside for Lloyd........
Welcome Lloyd, this is a fun place to come to and it is also informative. A great place for you to be you.
I am in Canada, which has a bit of a different perspective on things. I am a volunteer firefighter and an Immigration Officer. I deal with people that LEO's would deal with and the other US alphabet agencies.
Welcome, Greg

(SLURP!) Thanks for the suggestion, Greg. There is just nuthin' better than a fresh Georgia peach pie! OMG! (Bear wags his tail and drools all down the front of his pelt, )
