This Board has been quiet for awhile, I kept meaning to check in. I see a lot of us have been forgetting. C'est la vie, life does get in the way though.
I have been off work for a long time, I just got a casual job driving in this area. My route is enviable I get to drive through the Slocan and Arrow Lakes valleys at least once a week and go to Kaslo as well. Getting crowded as tourists have come, not as many as before, but a lot. I',m in British Columbia, above Spokane, Washington. I got the job as the covid isolation just about did me in, my bubble was three people, two of which were married and the relationship was going South. The other person rediscovered drinking, which he now has a handle on. My anxiety went through the roof.
How are you guys doing?

Still out here, but yeah, the site has slowed down a lot. Glad to hear you are doing well. A driving job sounds interesting if it involves either beautiful scenery or new places. Though I wouldn't want to be trying to navigate one of the big 18 wheeler type trucks. I prefer my pickup truck! As I still live in Florida, and Florida is #2 in the country for COVID-19, I've been pretty inactive myself. I have also considered recently getting some type of part time gig for a change of scenery. I retired a month before you did, so we seem to be on similar tracks. Glad to see your still out there too!

I drive a ford mini transit, ferry medical tests around. I think it is safe in the long term, hopefully it doesn't become too time consuming.
Stay safe down there, I am Peter Sellers when it comes to keeping people out of my space, I walk away.
I am on a vacation, heading to Bella Coola on the West Coast just South if Alaska. It isn't cooler here though, I am stopped overnight in Williams Lake.
