The issue was a loss of communications with Incident Command. Our FD just had a major Coms issue. We were doing a farm fire and it was amazingly difficult. These are the guys Attachments:

I was going to post a video of the escort of the bodies of the 19 firefighters to the Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Officer but the video didn't show up. If I can get it again later, I will post it.

The number of injuries and the amount of damage seems to be increasing as this day goes by. Please keep the people of the Napa Valley/San Francisco areas...and all the affected areas...in your thoughts and prayers. And obviously, we hope that ALL of our first responders stay safe.

As Hurricane Irma is ravaging the Caribbean and is soon to hit Florida, I wish all of our members in the areas the utmost safety. These storms have been devastating and relentless. From Texas, to the small islands in the Atlantic, the destruction is unbelievable. It's an international crisis. I'm glad our country has been so responsive to the needs which will take years to address. In addition to the "just plain folks" across the country and especially to our first responders who have come from everywhere to help, THANK YOU. It's not over yet by any means, with Florida and the Carolinas in Irma's cross hairs. We have a lot of members in the affected areas, whether active or not, and I wish them nothing but safety and security. I'm hoping Mac and his people are good in Texas and our many friends and relatives in Florida and the nearby areas. This site is and should be the last thing on their minds right now. But I wanted to acknowledge that they are all in our thoughts right now. PLEASE STAY SAFE.

Thanks for the well wishes and prayers. Myself and Jumper87 in Tampa and St. Pete respectively, are well, with no structural losses to our homes or vehicles. My yard took an ass whooping, and I didn't have electricity for 45 hours, but that's piddly for how lucky we were compared to so many others that really got spanked.

Thanks, Dale. Yes....some people were relatively unscathed but I know some who have suffered more than I thought they would have. I have friends who still have no electricity and are dumping spoiled food. Things like that. It's going to be a long recovery over all. People have been rising to the occasion though. So many good stories of people helping neighbors. And, yes, I'm proud of the police, fire, emt's, electricians, construction workers and everyone else who are going above and beyond to help. I'm hoping Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and every other place that has been affected get the help they need. The death rate is rising though and that is not good.
