Well well well! Nice of you to pay us a visit, Mac! It's been too long! Great to see you checking in. We knew there were some family issues but didn't know as much as you told us about here. I hope your Mom gets better and improves and improves and improves. We definitely understand why you haven't been here for a while but we're glad you're here now! And while we are in your corner as far as the problem with your employer, we're happy about your law enforcement progress. Isn't it something when the newbies start giving you the respect that you deserve and have earned?? Yeah, it does make you feel ...older... but it also feels good because people think you know what you're doing!
We've missed your humor and you experiences and to be honest, we all could use a bunch of laughs lately. So, thanks for making me laugh today!! So be sure to check in more often. You can make the time if you don't spend so much of it trying on gender inappropriate clothing! I hope you skim through the site to see what you've missed. We've had some highs and some lows for sure.....But we're still here....
And I hope you and everyone else here had a Merry Christmas today. With law enforcement basically under attack in this country these days, we have to stick together now more than ever.

Is it too early? Well, i am getting ready for my last Christmas in this small town, but I won' be here. Another year another trip. This time I am headed to Lake Louise for 2 days and then onto Nelson, BC for 2 days. Nelson is close to where I will end up when I retire.I am excited, taking the now modified Jeep and my Nikon. Winter's cold sucks, but nature's decorations are awesome. Nelson is just north of Spokane. The weather is a lot warmer than here. Not Dallas or Miami warm, but warmer than where I am. I am also planning for the big day, less than 6 months now. I had a good year, three people were arrested and charged in long investigations (over 5 years). I had a major role in their downfall. Two are involved in human smuggling and the other was a sex trade facilitator. 2015 was the best of years and the worst of years. But maybe I had to have a year like that to free myself up for the next phase in my life. I am planning on making NYC in July. Merry Christmas to all of you and remember those who aren't here to celebrate.

This sounds like a great trip! Glad you're going to have your camera handy! From what I've heard, Lake Louise is beautiful! And congratulations on bringing justice to some miscreants and I hope they're prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. A really nice crowning achievement on a great career! Have a great Christmas!

Since this is the first year in the last few that I haven't had to work, yeah, it was a Merry Christmas.... Same to you Tommy and Greg!

Not he best picture ever, the centre part is out of focus. But the colours and the accidental black and white background work. Balfour Bay, Kootney Lake, just North of Spokane, WA. It has some non-Colombian white stuff Attachments:

Is this where I mention that today was the 8th day in a row we met our exceeded high temperature records in Tampa? (especially after looking at all that non-Columbian white stuff)

Merry Christmas 2016!
Now that my shopping is finally done, I can actually sit back and relax a bit! With my family, where the wi-fi blows!
And, yes, I screwed up! No Christmas Banner this year! I don't have it on my laptop's hard drive. Let's hope everyone has a good Christmas, Hanukka and everything else that people celebrate! And remember all that are working on Christmas and New Years Eve and day. And most of all, please no more LOD injuries or deaths to our own. I'm hoping the tide will finally turn for our government sanctioned war on Police. I have a feeling it will.
